On regular priced shirts, we do offer exchanges so long as they are made within 30 days of your order. If the item you want to exchange for is 'out of stock', kindly email us. We do not accept returns. Please be sure to read our item descriptions for sizing recommendations and / or email us with any questions so we can help!
You can exchange your unworn, unwashed shirt. Here’s how:
-Place a new order for the tee you would like to exchange for (please make a note of your new order number).
-Send back your original tee with a note that includes BOTH your original order number as well as your new order number.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Therefore, we recommend sending via USPS.
-When your tee is received back we will process a refund to the same payment method originally used to place the order. Please consider wrapping your shirt in tissue paper or a bag so that it is not damaged upon opening. We will not process a refund on any item received that has been worn, washed, or damaged. We are also unable to process a refund on an item where an alternative order (exchange) has not been placed.
To expedite your exchange please make sure all steps noted above are complete.

We can generate a special store credit coupon code for the value of the item(s) that you can use for any future purchase including an online gift card. Simply indicate your preference on your return.
All vintage, one-of-a-kind, home goods and sale items are considered final sale.
We do not offer refunds.
Changes to orders
Because we often ship items faster than we get a chance to sift through emails, we do not allow for changes to orders that have already been placed. Of course we'll try our best but we cannot make any guarantees. Please double check your order before completing it.
A few notes about shipping
We do not have a working relationship with USPS. With that said, once our orders are taken to the post office, we have little control (aside from tracking the package) over the route or time it takes a package to be delivered. While nearly all items arrive quickly and without issue, occasionally USPS drops the ball and sends your package on a trip of it's own. We get as frustrated by this as you do. Please know that if we could hand deliver each and every one of our orders, we would.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship M-F so you can expect your orders to typically ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 days once shipped. Please note that if you select 'priority' shipping at checkout that this relates to the shipping time and not the processing time. While we do our best to get our orders out as soon as possible, we quote a 3-5 day processing time. During busy times of the year (Holidays, Mother's Day, etc), our processing times are on the latter end of this timeframe.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We also ship internationally, to everywhere in the world. Shipping cost, however, is for postage alone. Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in country. Please note that most international packages will be sent via First Class International Mail which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, packages should arrive in 3-5 weeks. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately The Bee & The Fox has no control over this.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages. Always contact us directly with any issue.
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the cost involved we unfortunately do not offer any custom services. Our apologies.
Within each item description we offer sizing recommendations. While we do accept exchanges, we urge each customer to read the recommendations prior to ordering to alleviate the need of sending an item back for a different tee. Not every tee is the same, so please read recommendations for each tee. On listings that contain measurements, please note that width is measured from pit to pit and length is measured from top of shoulder to bottom.
We have made several of our designs available in unisex sizes. Please note that women will need to size down when ordering a unisex style.
Why are some of your designs offered in both women's sizes and unisex sizes? Which should I chose?
We recognize that several of our tees run particularly small. It's a bummer, we know. But we also think the quality and cut far surpass the competition. Which is why we have added several of our designs in unisex sizes, to accommodate a wide range of women and body figures. Whichever your chose - women's or unisex - is up to you and how you prefer your t-shirts to fit. You can order both with the comfort in knowing the quality and feel will be top-notch.
Where are your t-shirts sourced?
We make some of our t-shirts here locally, in southern California. Others are from overseas facilities that are certified in Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP). WRAP is a globally recognized, independent 3rd party certifying body whose mission is to promote ethical, humane and lawful conditions and practices in all manufacturing facilities. Companies accepted into the WRAP organization go through an extensive application process in which manufacturing facilities, working environments, and worker's rights are inspected and approved by the WRAP association. WRAP certifications are awarded based upon both internationally and nationally accepted humane workplace standards, local laws, and ethical manufacturing regulations. It's our goal to move more of our manufacturing to one factory by the end of the year.
We recommend washing our tees on the delicate cycle with cold water and tumbling dry on low. Shirts that are printed on 100% cotton tees may appear slightly faded after washing; in actuality this is the cotton fibers underneath the black ink that tend to stand up after being placed in the wash. If ironing is your jam, please do not do so over the ink.
My item arrived damaged.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Due to the volume of orders we receive as well as the fact we prefer to ship same or next day, we do not offer gift wrap nor are we able to add a personalized note. Our apologies. Please make your recipient aware ahead of time that the gift is coming!
Do you donate to any organizations?
Yes, we donate often to the American Associate of University Women (AAUW). We also participate in numerous auctions to benefit many different non-profit organizations including the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Planned Parenthood, National Resources Defense Council (NRDC), as well as the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
One hundred percent of profits from our 'Don't Mess With Texas' tee are going to the recovery effort following the hurricanes that affected both Texas, Puerto Rico, and Florida.
I'm local, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we currently do not have a storefront and are unable to allow for local pickup. Our apologies.
