United States United States4.5 � I'm really happy with the quality. It's the perfect weight, not too heavy to use but not chintzy. I've gotten several comments on it. This & several other items were missing from the shipment- things happen. I emailed, waited almost a week, emailed again & several days later, received my first response. At that point, steps were taken to get the remaining items to me in a timely manner, which I appreciated. I didn't love the delayed response but it was around the holidays.
